Victoria Shoes celebrates 110 years with an exclusive evening in Milan A fun ice party that winks at the Snow much fun collection

On Wednesday, October 16th, Victoria Shoes celebrated its 110th anniversary with an exclusive party at Spazio Verso in Milan’s Chinatown district, which was transformed for the occasion into an elegant ice-themed setting. Amid immersive installations and interactive experiences, guests enjoyed a multisensory journey blending aesthetics, innovation, and the brand’s history. The atmosphere was made even more vibrant by the DJ set of Garon, who set the tone for the evening and kicked off the celebrations. As always with Victoria Shoes, the community showed up in full force, turning the night into a true breath of fresh air in the Milanese nightlife.
Victoria Shoes is "Snow much fun"!
The ice theme was no coincidence. Among the collections featured during the evening stood out the FW25 line "Snow Much Fun." Across snowy landscapes and milky skies, Victoria Shoes charts a new stylistic path that combines adventure and lightness without losing the brand’s iconic easy-going elegance. Oversized softness, metallic accents, and icy palettes shape a wardrobe designed for those who walk through the snow with the confidence that every step can be a statement.
Also on display, to be discovered by the community that quickly gathered to congratulate the brand, was the Victoria Shoes 1985 line. A collection that merges technical design, heritage, and metropolitan style. The Spanish brand presents its most evolved vision for Fall/Winter 2025 — designed for an audience that values quality and is attuned to trends. This new collection accompanies those who live the city as a territory to explore. Functionality and style walk hand in hand through a proposal that focuses on practicality, sustainability, and aesthetic research.
The history of Victoria Shoes
It was the perfect evening to celebrate the past, present, and future of the brand - one with a truly fascinating story. The adventure of Victoria Shoes began in 1915 in a small town in La Rioja, northern Spain, when Gregorio had the idea to create a shoe and name it after his first love, his wife Victoria. From the desire to improve the traditional espadrilles of the time, which had rubber soles, the technique of vulcanization was introduced in the 1950s. That’s when the legendary Victoria canvas sneaker was born - a style that became the symbol of an entire generation in the 1980s. In 2004, a new adventure began with the brand’s international expansion.
110 years of sustainability and style
In recent years, the fashion industry has become one of the most polluting on the planet, and time is running out. What has not changed, however, is the traditional method by which Victoria Shoes produces its footwear: each pair is handmade, one by one, almost entirely in La Rioja, just as it was in 1915. Because for them, ecology is not an option.
